Tolls increase traffic congestion and incresae pollution. Usually that would end them, but no. Democrats want tolls so they can get more union dues from toll takers.
And if the WI Republicans don’t go along with these “suggestions”, The Journal Times will incite left-wing crazies to assassinate them...
They would undoubtedly use all-electronic tolling, which allows payers to go under gantries at highway speed.
Well they don’t actually accept Credit cards in California,anyway,if someone wants to use a toll....you need to have exact change with you.
Not only are they expensive but they are incredibly impractical.
