I learned something new today. I guess I can go to sleep.
Not easy languages to learn. Many years ago, friend introduced me to a really smart black fellow, Berkeley grad, who knew all kinds of Asian languages he learned at the defense language institute school in Monterey, CA.
As I recall he was on some sort of as-needed basis with the government, but spent his time breeding race horses. And drinking.
Our little spy probably attended a school like this.
This chick’s Mother deserves a punch in the nose for the STUPID name she gave her baby daughter.
I cannot WAIT to see how far up the Food Chain her traitorous behavior goes! All the way to 0bama? Oh, how delicious would THAT be?
Yoga notes.
I dunno. I have three homes!!!! </sarc>
I hope that “Reality Winner” can be tried under her real name—whatever it is!!!!
Future wedding planning notes.
and would have written it in my Kookry book.
I don’t really think so.
She’s just one of those types of people who thinks she can save the world and not get caught doing it........................
I attended the language school at the Presidio and the training was first rate. The best way to learn to speak a foreign language is from native speakers — and that was the Language School’s approach.
She has no ME background. She’s from Kingsville, TX, near Corpus Christi and was an intense high school athlete. Probably just a random talent for languages.
Texas A&M has a branch there, so she might have been friendly with Iranians, etc, from there. It would still take freaky natural talent.
For all you people who own cell phones, why does someone need 4 of them?
You must know my brother.
No one could interpret his etchings either...
Four cell phones does not raise my eyebrows too far. My nieces and nephews are always upgrading getting new phones. It’s the latest status symbol thing.
Is that a line out of a movie?
Farsi, Pashto, and Dari are all the same language family as English, but Arabic isnt.
Farsi used to be the universal language in India, before the British. Now English is the universal language in India.
Good for you. Must have been fascinating. And yet, I know you have to start with a knack or an ear for languages.
Whatever it is, I have ZERO, though excelled at other subjects. My daughter picks up languages wherever she goes...including Arabic, but I’m stuck in English. Proudly:)
The Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Insider Threat training specifically states that a coworker speaking in Farsi is not something that should not be reported as suspicious. You cannot win a war unless you are willing to identify the enemy.
I would have written it in cursive and given it to Rachel Jeantel for safekeeping.
OK,thank you.
