There’s a 3-2-1 general rule of thumb that operates in the Democrat cesspool of Dallas, Texas (not its suburbs). I suspect it applies in California metro areas too.
300 Hispanics (mostly illegal), 200 blacks, and 100 Caucasians generate the same number of votes because of voter turnout rates by race/ethnicity.
The Hispanic illegals will vote but not at the same rate as blacks. And it takes twice as many blacks in a district to generate the same turnout as whites.
She coined the phrase “no justice, no peace” after the Rodney King police officer trial. She incites violence.
I bet that burns Maxine's ass. She can't control her district's ethnicity and it's rapidly turning away from her.
