The problems that come along with success. Those in charge usually get blamed for all problems even if they weren't the cause. In addition, the successful are feared and envied by those who haven't been as capable, who often shift the blame for their lack of success to some ephemeral privilege attributed to the successful.

Hardly anyone comments about the failures of Europeans after the fall of the Roman Principate. The Asians, Arabs, Hindus, and Turks had the most successful civilizations at those times, but those peoples are not derided for their brutal faults. The Europeans, after a millenium of internecine wars and defense against the Asians and Muslims, used what they had learned to race above all the others on the earth, a goal aspired to by the others, but achieved by the Europeans. This unique status has engendered envy and fear in the others, who now seek comfort in blame and victimhood.

They are being taught that major historical accomplishments of Europeans, such as the heroic crusades and the enormous health and agricultural benefits of colonialism were themselves evil, AND are taught white collective responsibility for evil - white individual only credit for accomplishment, while black responsibility for evil only individual, black credit for any black person's achievement collective.
