As a classical liberal, I see the idea of a draft as contrary to republican ideals. So I have no issue with those that did what they could to avoid service.

So Lieb brazenly met w/ the Bishop and CT pro-life leaders assuring them (in his shy, reticent, humble way) that HE was pro-life and could be depended on as a pro-life voice in the Senate.
All of this was documented by the Ntl Right to Life .... but stupid dope Lieberamn did not know that.
He got to the Senate, riding on the backs of unborn babies.
And thus began Lieberman’s vicious aggression against the unborn....voting for infanticide (p/b abortion) six separate times, among other crimes against the unborn.
