“You cant civilize negro.”
Are there any other racist rants you would like to express?
Why did they flee? They’re heroes to the Left.
The KKK protected poor (Southern) whites from the depredations of blacks during the post Civil War era when blacks were put into positions of authority over the poor whites by the Federal government. This was at a time when the rights of poor whites were not defended by the Federal government.
So yeah, I can see the similarity.
“The KKK protected poor (Southern) whites from the depredations of blacks during the post Civil War era when blacks were put into positions of authority over the poor whites by the Federal government. This was at a time when the rights of poor whites were not defended by the Federal government.”
Why, golly gee!
Thanks for the Confederate Appoligetics history lesson.
There is no telling why just after the Civil War a few blacks may have felt a slight bit of resentment after being held in slavery for their entire lives.
And then the next thing you know, those Yankee carpetbaggers and Yankee Agitators came down South and told them poor white folk that the US constitution and the newly penned constitution amendment was some serious business and they would have to submit to new laws that provided actual citizenship and rights to all natural born citizens.
You know, all that voting business was all fine and good for them white folk until the human beings that they used to own had the chance to vote.
Now, why do you suppose that a man once owned by some other man, may not tend to vote for the man that used own him?
I was not referencing the voting habits of newly freed blacks in the antebellum South.
My reference was to the depredations and violence visited upon poor Southern whites by newly-emancipated blacks, and the tacit approval of that violence by a Federal government who had no love for those poor Southern whites.
There’s lots of historical accounts of that if you feel like reading. It’s not a secret.
Yeah, you are right.
It is hard to imagine why a man who was held in bondage his entire life would hind a grudge against those who owned him and his family.
Again, I am not referencing "a grudge", but rather the mass physical violence perpetrated by blacks against poor whites in the antebellum South with the tacit approval of the Federal government, which I have stated repeatedly..
Methinks you are not here for the dialog, but rather to prove a point.
The speech begs the issue. Maybe preservation of the institution of slavery was part of the South’s overall platform but it sure as hell wasn’t the prime motivator for 100’s of thousands of men to give their lives. Conversely, it wasn’t Lincoln’s or Union troops’ prime mover. History books have it a variety of ways but that’s the way I see it.Thank you for your opinion.
Right there with ya JA. Mine is always within reach at home or when driving (legal in my state thank GOD).
I completely understand Doc44 too - the one I use isn’t practical around moisture - I do have another option on that. It doesn’t see as much duty but it’s good stuff.
He know what he is.
What alarms me is so few Americans know what he is.
He is always at it. 24/7/365. He might as well have been piloting one of the planes on 9/11/2001. However, he’s a bit more subtle.
Big surprise that he and Mooch were putting “Ka-Boom!” into backpacks one fine 9/11 anniversary. I’m sure that elicited some snarky high-fives off-camera, somewhere.
Sometimes, he cannot help himself but he tries to stay subtle. Just like his father in the Garden of Eden.
dang it......
He knows what he is.
No local media outlets have shown pictures of the victims or stated their race.
Another fine example of black manhood.
