We do go to movies. This movie was out a couple of months ago.....I didn’t want to see it as the trailer DOES look creepy. We DID NOT go to see it.

I think Billy appears in the book as a corporate executive who got himself mixed up in the high stakes game of world diplomacy and international intrigue who once again finds his unbridled enthusiasm and saves Mae (caution: spoiler alert). In the movie, they might even get hitched.

This movie is horrible. The build up and climax is Tom Hanks whispering “We are so screwed” to his evil tech sidekick as their plans are exposed on stage at a live event.

A movie made for sheep.

Did I say don’t waste your time?

Here is the funny part:

It gets higher ratings on rotten tomatoes than “hillary’s america”. The former at 15% and the latter at 4%.

Speaking of the trailer, one of these reviews mentions the connection, or lack thereof, of the trailer to the movie.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4287320/reviews?ref_=tt_urv

I get the feeling that history will put this movie on the same shelf with the Atlas Shrugged movies.

You never want to search for a movie without putting “movie” in the search.

Yup. The exceptions would be movies with unique titles like, “the last picture show” or “cool hand luke”

I saw that movie at least two times quite a long time ago, and it came to mind just the other day, likely from what I’ve read from the Book of Revelation about the Anti-Christ and the Mark of the Beast. Where our technology now stands, all is at the ready for world-wide control of everyone on Earth, but for those who refuse or rebel—death and destruction.

“A movie made for sheep.”

Funny thing, it was made about the sheep at Apple and google but you think those that watch it are sheep.

You seem defensive.

The book was released in 2013, the book in April of this year, and a Google search returned all the links to give me that info right at the top. It got a 15% on Rotten.

If Emma Watson ever stops advocating for the Rape of European women, I might consider looking at it.

People routinely bought green Jeeps because Steve Jobs had one. I knew one of these people. Smart. Creepy. A liar.

Thanks, I will check them out. I should have thought to do that. However, I am now using DuckDuckGo.com and I am staying away from the monstrously pc Google as a matter of principle.

It has reviews all over the place, from 15% to 70%. It’s difficult to tell why it got those reviews.

When you have that range of reviews, it's for political reasons. SJW's will downgrade a movie because they don't like its politics.

As an example, the second Transformers movie made fun of the Obama administration. They wound up with scathing reviews by the Hollywood crowd. Roger Ebert gave it one star. Rotten Tomatoes gave it 18%. And yet, the audiences loves it (I saw it and liked it), and despite the critics efforts, it went on to earn over $800M at the box office.

I doubt any movie could surpass “Sack Lunch”.

Don’t you want to know how they got in that sack?

I was about to see it once; when my airplane got hijacked to Cuba by dissatisfied Dominican crepe-rollers.

[Roger Waters concert in 2004]

When I heard he was flying some sort of pig/Israeli flag at one of his concerts, I knew we had a real tool on our hands.

People don’t think the Antichrist is coming; he has the red carpet rolled out for him by people like Roger Waters.
