Haiti is not sending us their best.   They also don't understand home use of electric heaters. They put too many in dicey locations to replicate their tropical climate.. BTW noteworthy that FOX News withheld the name of the driver and passenger as well as file photos of the two. Should we speculate on ethnicity or point of origin, or just go ahead and assume as most here have done that they were Florida rednecks? I could think of a few other possibilities.
