I truly hope you are right, but I am still very skeptical that Sessions has much fire. He isn’t one I believe to be “quietly competent” based on some of his public actions thus far. Personally, I think he was a US Senator for far too long and the Senate’s way of getting things done make snails look like F1 cars.

Don’t fret the Chicken Hawks think investigations need to be announced to the whole world the moment they happen. The online legal member staff here at FR believe Sessions should announce any investigation that takes place because well that’s what you do. You tweet to the world hey I’m looking into this and that. Forget the fact that the most low level robbery takes over a year before it gets to trial. Same here. He was right to recuse himself. I’d like Mueller reigned in to well-defined parameters, but I only wish he was more partisan.
