Which makes him open up, humble, and yet he strong and bold. All in the best ways. It also makes him question himself and search himself, to look for Gods way, again in the best ways.
When faced with everything God has, the devil is at a loss.
Trump recognized, “Vice President Mike Pence for leading a “wonderful” opening prayer”
Hopefully, the prayer was given in the name of THE Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
And not some generic “In God We Trust.”

I saw some things that looked like God had spoken stunning good news to Donald while he was campaigning yet. The optimism was divine. One could see it fairly bursting in Donald’s heart.
The presence of destructive storms and such in nature are a telltale sign of the devil being permitted a hand in the universe. This is tied in biblical account to the abdication of mankind from his privileged position before God in preference of a devil generated illusion. The route of mankind back to God now entails war with destructive powers of nature among other tests and trials. The Lord supervises this entire drama. I believe our encounters with storms like Harvey and Irma will be to our overall good as we embrace the Lord in faith. Even those who died would have died sometime anyhow. It was only a matter of when.
I tend to agree with that, from what I’ve observed since him being elected.
He stated at one point that being elected had caused him to realize how much more important God needed to be in his life.
That’s a pretty humbling statement to make.

Was it at Christians as she (mis)understood them?
If it was God she had no hope. Hell is but the scene of an eternally vain war against God, under the devil’s thrall. Gnash the teeth and scream forever, and not progress one inch.
If it was against Christians she might have met Jesus on the way out and been forgiven.
I get a bit leery of talk like this, but I’m not totally opposed to it. We know there is a war in the universe between good and evil, God and Satan.
I’m not one to focus on it in cases of national disaster, but it doesn’t bother me to see someone do it reasonably.
It’s the ultimate humility that God desires us all to understand.
We cannot win a war against God, such as we are all conceived in. We must surrender and be forgiven.
Donald seems to have surrendered. If so, his sins condemn him no more.
