If the Turtle had any balls and was really for appeal of Obamacare, he could call McCain into his office and lay it out. When a Senator kicks the bucket then either by congressional resolution or approved by congressional leadership, there is the option of allowing him to lay in state in the Capitol rotunda. You know McCain wants that glory for himself. Tell him -vote yes, or that privilege will never be approved.

None of this does anything to address the high costs of actual healthcare, driven by activities illegal in any other area of commerce, so the only outcome will be higher premiums, higher deductibles, and lower coverage.
