Meanwhile today Dominica’s PM wasted no time to make an impassioned plea for help at the General Assembly’s annual ministerial meeting for his island country on “the front line of the war on climate change.” Further stating.....”Let these extraordinary events elicit extraordinary efforts to rebuild nations sustainably,” ....

I’m not surprised he’s begging again at the UN....every time they get hit with water he’s asking for funding. Then it slips between his fingers as so often happens in the Islands and never reaches the people.
