Minimal effect even at its historical worst.
The one in CA and in Naples Italy are far greater concerns-as far as global implications are concerned.
Then there is Yellowstone, although the one in CA is actually sending magma above the valley floor in the mountains around there. That makes it a possibility that an eruption could occur out sideways from the mountains.
