This can ONLY be true IF HE WAS AN ARMS DEALER OPERATING OUT OF A HOTEL ROOM who suddenly snapped and exploited his occupation having a room full of high-powered firearms to execute the slaughter.

Seriously, I’ve had neighbors playing music so loud I had to go to a motel. It was either that or SNAP and start blasting.

The unarmed and wounded security guard was outside the room. Why didn't he see them exit the room?
I have read that the stairwell may have been blocked. The shooter(s) would have had to use the elevator, making themselves visible to the security guard and others.
I'n not buying "other shooter(s)" from his room.

Do arms dealers have tons of ammo to go along with the rifles they are selling? I would guess 'NO'. This would not be necessary.

But, seriously, if I was sleep deprived and needed to rest, I doubt I'd be happy about a noisy street concert going on a block away. These venues never seem to account for the people who just really wanted a place to sleep.
