After all , if all the hallway cameras were rigged and jammed why didnt the guard notice or report that?

If the guy planned out the whole attack is he really going to risk having his plans stopped by calling security over some guy playing music too loudly? Seems he would be making a move that is would draw attention to himself at a time he wouldn’t want to.
