I can’t claim to have met with Bill Clinton, but I know a vet who has met him face to face. The guy is a Reagan conservative (now a Trump supporter) and had no respect for Clinton.
Apparently, that makes you immune to his supposed “personal magnetism” - this guy just though Clinton was a creep and a bore.
