“cultural appropriation” is a smoke screen. As always, they use a name that obscures the true meaning of what they are doing. They want this country divided into as many warring groups as possible. Black vs White. LGBT versus normal. Hispanic vs Anglo. Muzzy vs human. They are horrified at the thought that Hispanics just might adopt the culture of the country that they live in, and forget about why they are supposed to be hating Anglos.
This is why they don’t want Hispanics or other foreign-born to learn English. It’s why there’s voting in 29 languages and driving tests in 48. Why signs are in Spanish when most Hispanics want their kids to learn English.

I want an apology from Marvel and the entire Guardians of the Galaxy crew for culturally appropriating 80’s music into the movie. Of course, I'd just settle for some cash, just as these jerks would.

It's a good article, but I'd suggest the writer is wrong when he says their goal is to keep "everyone" in their cultural box. The SJW's have no issue with anyone who chooses to appropriate any part of western culture. It's only white people who have to stay in their box.

She’s a Disney princess, with the same generic spunkiness, sassy animal pals, and cisgendered prince-longing that all Disney princesses have. She just has luaus instead of dwarfs.

Moana diverges from previous Disney movies, in that there is no male romantic interest for Moana. She displays no romantic attraction to Maui (probably because a movie featuring a 15 year old actress having the hots for a 45 year old guy would not go over well with the moms).
