A simple “I have no reason to value your opinion on this,” is enough to bring a flush of anger to most snowflakes. “You have no authority over me,” also works.
Be prepared for a “Are you questioning my value as a human being?” The correct answer is “Yes”. A little more explanation would be more polite, but unnecessary.

'Tis what Pres Trump has known all along. When his protesters scream "RACIST" at him, he says, "I Don't Care." and keeps moving his agenda forward.
All that's left for the protesters is to yell louder, and hope to goad him into a mistake, or a response. A classic negotiation technique, and one familiar to anyone who raised a temper-tantrum-throwing three year old.
Maybe say, "I'm questioning your intelligence and/or judgment, but I'm not much interested in the answer."
