From the existing documents released and work by JFK researchers this was already confirmed. It has already been verified that James Jesus Angleton (CIA counter-intelligence) had a thick 4 year file on Oswald. He completely lied about this to the WC and HSCA committees. Memos released in a document dump of a few thousand files last June confirm this.
It appears he went to the USSR on The Agency’s behalf. He obviously had no money or resources of his own to travel or stay abroad. He was not really smart enough to convincingly persuade the Soviets that he was anything they could utilize.
After Oswald returned to the US, he was informally being used for some minor assignments, like the FPCC work. FPCC (Fair Play for Cuba Committee) was officed directly next to a CIA operative in the same building in New Orleans. FPCC had been infiltrated by both CIA & FBI. Oswald was filmed and interviewed on the radio for his FPCC act during the summer of 1963. Lee was handing out his FPCC flyers on the streets of New Orleans on August 16, 1963. He had hired three men to help with the distribution of flyers: odd, since he was flat broke and was struggling to support his family.
His handlers Ruth & Michael Paine were one-step removed (immediate family members) from the CIA. They delivered the Oswald family to their home, from New Orleans. They housed all his ‘incriminating stuff’ which is odd since he had his own place apart from the Russian wife & kid. They acquired Oswalds’s job for him at the TSBD three weeks before Kennedy had his brains blown out.
It’s long past the point of denying CIA activity, influence and intimate knowledge regarding the activities of Lee Harvey Oswald. It looks like they chose him because he was dull and malleable.
Walt Brown in his article complained about the readability of that letter.
But in the Sundance post, it is legible.

Stripper (evidently she looked good), had ties to the underworld. I have read that the book Conspiracy of Silence goes into her case.
After the assassination, parts of her story was checked out by Louisiana police and verified. They called the FBI to ask if they wanted her detained, but the FBI was not interested. FBI wanted to go with the Lee Harvey Oswald narrative, since it had been so carefully prepared.
She died under very suspicious circumstance about 1966.
That memo has been floated around before. I thought the discussion previously, was that it was bogus.
He is releasing all of them with info that involves living persons left out. This is according to another thread that cannot be replied to and only links to Twitter.
They are now being released minus info about those (cough, cough Bush) living.
Minus name and addresses only of the living.
