Your fear about WHO is choosing to go to medical school was always my primary objection to Obamacare. Remove any incentive and make practicing medicine ever more complicated with bureaucracy and look at what we have! Every doc I know who possibly could DID leave. A few are a bit younger, have kids still in school, etc. and just cannot retire. But the second they can, they will be GONE!!!

Then what was the reason for Islamic jihad terrorism and invasions all over the world for more than a thousand years when no one was invading them? Like, the entire Middle East that was previous Christian, Jewish and pagan, India and beyond, Indonesia, North Africa and a good part of Europe? What's your excuse for that, Abu Mohammed? No US military bases or foreign meddling to blame butchery and conquest on for most of moslem history.
