This will make no difference in anything, except inconvenience law abiding citizens who enjoy firearm sports. Bet that it will increase internet sales of magazine and ammo.

The law would only allow gun owners to purchase twice a gun’s capacity every 90 days. Since the SAFE Act already limits magazine capacity to 10 rounds, a gun owner wouldn’t be able to buy more than one 20-round box of ammo every three months. Theoretically, a person who owns a six-shot revolver would be limited to purchasing 12 rounds every 90 days.
From the headline I'm guessing this story has something to do with the gentle lady from Texas, Sheila Jackson Lee.

I would jump all over a 7 day waiting period for another suppressor - as opposed to the near YEAR for the last one.
So I guess a year and seven days won't be so bad...
What these jerks do not understand is that you can drop and swap a new mag in under two seconds.
This is great news! If she can reduce the wait on suppressors to only seven days, I will forgive her for all the damage she has done.
Just drive to Vermont or Pennsylvania and buy all the ammo you want.

I havent set foot there for a few years, but there were more minorities there the last time than I had ever seen.
