The Daily Beast story that Drudge linked to doesn't use the word "whore". So it looks like Drudge picked the word on his own.

Sounds as if Drudge is letting his homosexuality control his headline writing. Can’t have an ardent southern evangelical with no dirt on him getting into Congress, he might vote against something near and dear to Drudge.
