Yep. Sadly, it is not uncommon behavior among senile old men. Yet I’ve seen poor ones who weren’t really sure where they were or what was going on get arraigned for it. The Transnationale nobility on the other hand get away with anything. I think none of them will ever get taken down, until they all are.
