Remember, Ms Learner has a history of using her government positions to further a LEFTist Progressive agenda BUT we are not supposed to hear about it. She used the power of the tax system and her position as an administrator of the same to suppress the rights of citizens to petition for redress of grievances (1st Amendment)! Now she wants her legal testimony sealed because it might irritate.
Why would the public be enraged if Lerner and Paz did nothing wrong? Could it be that Lerner’s real fear is that if the testimony is released there will be such public pressure to prosecute her that she will actually be prosecuted?

Lerner, the slimy snake, has guaranteed that there will be outrage and anger at her cavalier, continuous and criminal behavior ongoing for years; much more so, now, than if she had kept her damned mouth shut, thus justifying in her tiny weasel mind that the public response might be violent.

Will she get away with it? That remains to be seen.
Unless she moves to North Korea, Venezuela or Cuba, her whereabouts will be known for the rest of her life. I for one will support any public actions that will expose her to the mental anguish, stress and anxiety that she caused for thousands of American citizens, merely for exercising their citizen rights. Why should she be both guilty and immune?

If anyone cares about her physical and mental health, a 20 year prison term is her safest option.

the tea party was a very big scare for the establishment.
If the targeting scandal becomes public, people will be pissed. But it isn’t anything we don’t already know. The IRS was a gateway for law abiding citizen who follow the law to have their alternate ideologies targeted and shut down. The members were infiltrated and then co-opted. The whole movement was then made about race and white supremacy, which ended it. The name was tainted.
The whole-scale infiltration of the tea party and destruction of it by the sitting government and the puppeteers was amazing to watch unfold. The methods used were all illegal and still are a model for current attacks on those they deem deplorable.
