Sen Tim Scott of SC is a good senator among a few other reps like Mia Love of KS. Clyburn is in a weird gerrymandered district which screwed Florence SC if I recall. Until that changes he will die in office.

I agree. There a few, but darn few. Most of these schlubs are from gerrymandered "black" districts, set up to satisfy court decisions on black representation. It allows these morons to stay in office practically forever despite their corrupt and foolish ways. It's a tribal thing, I think.
