If “occupied “ is viewed as prejoritive than the Iseaeli’s should complain. What the hell, they have “occupied “ that part of the world for over 3,000 years whereas Europeans have only “occupied” North America for a little more than 400 years.

Reince Priebus and John Kelly (both Chiefs of Staff) and Kirstjen Nielsen (Homeland Security chief) all support Amnesty.
Democrat son-in-law Jared Kushner is in the West Wing and in charge of Israeli peace talks. Kushner also hired two Hillary Clinton donors to defend him against the Russian collusion investigation!

The lands were won in the 67 war and by law, Israel has to provide a govt for the Palestinians, which is a military govt law by the IDF that must be kept separate from Israeli law because if you let the Palestenians use Israeli law then they can claim to be Israelis. So the IDF is a military occupation of Palestine.
For a better understanding look at the Israeli documentariy "The Law in these Parts", which is based on interviews with military commanders and military judges who set up the occupation in earlier times. Also in that documentary they explain the law that was used to legally establish settlements

There were Palestinian Arabs in the land known as Mandatory Palestine (post WWI and before ) for decades...as well as Jews, Christians.
The thing called war, the 1948 Israeli/Arab war and the loser doesn’t get to dictate terms.
The Palestinians and Arabs could have peace, their own state but refuse to cede they lost that war and the several that followed.
It’s bad history to claim Palestinian Arabs never existed or don’t have a history in the land.
They are just bad losers and will eventually never get what they want...
