Looks like obama had a very busy last few weeks in office setting up landmines for the incoming administration.

Maybe President Trump should issue a blanket EO saying that any and all rules, EOs and other such edicts made by the 0bama regime after November 8, 2016 are rendered null and void. It's clear that the Kenyan Usurper did everything he could to muck up things for Mr. Trump.

Doubtful half of these things would have been implemented if the Hildebeast had stolen the election.

Maybe we could turn them into solar gizmos.

I believe very much in the future of solar as a useful alternative energy source; we just haven’t gotten it down right, yet.

so, do i get to put up power generators in an area that i know will have migratory birds ?<> So, can I assume you are an idiot?
There is no place on earth (except maybe Antarctica) that doesn't have migratory birds...

Possums are cute and harmless to people but they are probably the most efficient bird killers in your yard, every bit the equal of raccoons. They can zero in on hidden eggs like bloodhounds and will easily tear apart and consume a full grown chicken, duck or turkey, even though wire fencing. And they’ll do it even with bellies full of birdfeeder seed because they crave the meat so much.

In other words, if wind farms slaughter birds by the millions during a leftist regime, well that's OK, but when a republican takes over, all of a sudden, it's a bad thing, so the republican can either call a halt to the wind farms, in which case he hates renewable energy, or he just hates nature.

Obama is a criminal. OK, that doesn't really have anything to do with this story, it's just a statement of fact.

In my area, the worst invader of songbird nests is the crow.

Crows are amazing, intelligent birds, and they make good pets. People used to blow up whole roosts of them with dynamite, because they can be pests.

But it’s illegal to take one for a pet, in the US.

Some of our laws are really screwy.

Liberals care about accidentally killed birds but not intentionally killed babies...

Possumus Roadkillus, or, possum to the layman, is a deadly creature to humans.

He can be found in cool seas where seals live.

Perhaps the most famous is the South African Leaping Possum that leaps up out of the water to grab a seal. Or a frankfurter. Whichever is handy.

A possum is omniversal which means he can eat the universe or a frankfurter. Whichever is handy.

but just to make u feel stupid...did u celebrate Thanksgiving with a Turkey or Tofu?...if it wasnt Tofu..it wasnt accidental...U planned it!!!

Have to protect the wind farms. They could never pay the fines. That’s why Obama kept giving them waivers.

Looks like I didn’t need a sarcasm tag after all to point out the absurdity of all this.
..assuming can get one to eat shoe leather.
I’ve certainly eaten (ate?) my share.
You might have missed my post #23 ?

Windmill owners have immunity for their equipment killing birds of any kind.

And what about those automated slaughterhouses of birds AKA wind turbines?<<<

if they built them a little closer to the ground and in the right cover....I wouldn't need a Bird-dog!!..sometimes there is "trade-offs"..../s

Good.

Now, do away with the "law" that says picking up an eagle feather you find while hiking is a Federal offense and we'll be getting somewhere.

Yeah, the guy from the power company says the killing of birds via turbines is “low”.

And if not that, he would have defended it as “accidental”.

Birds not smart or agile enough to avoid the windmill blades are not the ones we want breeding.

I have advised clients planning to sell vacant land, especially in an unimproved state, to first remove every living creature and moisture loving plant, then to fill and grass over any mud puddle. Otherwise they may have those of whom you speak declare their property a wetland or a habitat and deprive them of its value.
