No. Bondi went on a deranged rant against George Zimmerman long before the case went to trial. What she did differs very little from what Nifong did in NC, re the Duke lacrosse players. The biggest difference is that Bondi got away with it whereas Nifong didn’t.

Btw, there’s another thread up about Gowdy being heartbroken over Nunes actually trying to hold the DOJ and FBI accountable. Gowdy prefers all talk and no action. The idea of Nunes actually *doing* something is giving Gowdy the vapors.

I live on the planet in which Gowdy refrained from even asking Hillary such an inconvenient question. He spared her the discomfort of having to answer. He’s very thoughtful and considerate when it comes to safeguarding Hillary from any question that might put her on the spot.

He has allowed an virtual avalanche of bad press regarding an seemingly endless series of Leftist baseless charges, psychotic rants, and collusion to destroy Trump’s presidency, while remaining absolutely silent about literally tens of things he could have indicted people for by now.
Due to the, the Left including the Democrats and Republicans were given cover to literally destroy Trump. We now know the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA were involved.
So while you sit there thinking Sessions has an ace or two up his sleeve, he has been the Left’s ace up their sleeve all year.
He is covering for the Left every bit as much as the Leftist appointees were.
Think how much more we could have accomplished this last year, if the Democrats and Republicans had been forced to face reality, and get off Trump’s back.

That said, Sessions' recusal is hindering (I suspect) his leadership of the DOJ and giving Rosenstein more responsibility than he is ready for.
He needs to make a decision.
Sessions needs to weigh his desire for the rule of law with his desire for justice.
He's following the law to the letter but justice is suffering.
