Satellite pictures already show less desertification, the Sahara is greening, etc.
It’s global cooling that causes desertification.
Define "much higher." How much? A degree? Two? Maybe even four or five? And for how long? A day or two? And that's supposed to represent some kind of long-term climate trend?
If the cure for this phenomenon was as unscientific as the observations themselves, we'd be out on a hillside shaking magic chicken bones into the wind.

Much of the globe will be experiencing much higher average temperatures (completely lacking in evidentury detail)
The regions represent more than 20 percent of the world’s population (so, we should be talking about land mass, plus if they don’t like the desert they can move)
Contributors to the green fund are slated to provide a total of at least $120 billion each year by 2020 ($120 billion down the toilet!, thanks President Trump for getting us out of this hoax/scam)
Perfect. Now these “scientists” can genetically engineer sand worms to populate the new deserts. Earth will corner the market on the spice melange and rule the galaxy. Hey, it’s just as likely to happen as their predictions.
So basically by increasing the atmospheric carbon dioxide (plant food) content all the way up to 1/4 the level that plants actually evolved at will cause plants to die.
What I don’t get... the world is clearly not going to end.
It will still be here, regardless of the climate.
Worst case scenario, people end, and to be quite frank, I don’t care. I’m really fine with that.
I also don’t believe that anyone on the Left cares one bit about saving anyone. They want a lot less people and have wanted that for a long time.

Ummm you are off by a few zeros. Current concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere is 400 parts per million, or 4 molecules CO2 per 10,000 molecules of air. Or 0.04%, rounded to significant digits approximately 0.0%.
And CO2 is key to the entire Global Warming meme.
But two key points to remember:
You are thinking of O2.
