I was shocked at how long we were frozen...not normal here in central Texas. Y’all have REALLY been cold!
Saying goodnight.

From what they’ve been showing in the forecasts, it looks like we’ll get a decent dose of rain this time. Sure hope so because it’s awfully dry here.
Is there any snow in your forecast to cover those icy streets?

I think everyone has been shocked by this long cold spell. Awfully early I the season for something like this, and it’s been a butt-kicker. I hope the folks up north are going to get a break too.
Good night and sleep well. Have a great day tomorrow. ((HUGZ))

Kind’a sad today as a neighbor brought her little dog over to say goodbye as she had to have him put down.
They both moved in about 12 years ago.
It’s one of the hardest things in the world.
‘Went to the store and got her a card and mailed it though she’s just up the street.
‘Seems so little I could do....

It sounds like your weathermen have been as reliable as ours. LOL
Nashville’s Channel 5 used to be the best for accuracy until their chief meteorologist retired recently. They had a young gal who was pretty good, too, but she left not long ago. Now they have a bunch of goobers who can’t even forecast in synch so we never know what to expect.
We’ve watched the other channels but they never seem to get things right either.
We just wait until we wake up and look out the windows or step outside. LOL

What a nice, and compassionate, thing you’ve done. It is hard losing long time companions.
I bet she will enjoy finding a card in the mail, especially from a friend.
Shavua Tov to you and yours.

Thank you so much, K in A.
I’ll go over in the next few days.
I still miss a cat pal for which I had to do the same.
They both had good long lives though.
‘Hope we’ll know them again.

Howdy, EGC! (((hugs)))
All is well here, except for it being way too early for a Night Owl to be up!
Hope you and Bo are having a good weekend! Have you been able to get out for some walks? Did Bo find any gophers?
