Only if she uses homemade brew made with salt water. Warm water process will not turn us into bluets.
Yes, being that I live way too far North to get any meaningful vitamin D between the months of November-March, I supplement daily.

Ooops....Heinie is back.
You could get a virus from your computer.
The millions of flu victims are incubators for future mutant strains.
I’m hoping the flu I had last year will protect against this year’s versions. I’m mainlining Vitamin D as well.
I havent gone the face mask route but since Ive been sick off and on almost all winter Ive taken to wearing latex gloves when I go to the grocery store, etc. I dont touch any baskets anywhere anymore. I strip them off when I get in the car and as soon as I get in the house wash my hands. Im sick of being sick!

A combination of NAC, N-acetyl Cysteine and calcium ascorbate in a ratio of about 3/4 tsp of NAC and 1 and 1/2 tsp of calcium ascorbate produces remarkable results in regards to the flu virus as NAC is a precursor to glutathione a potent booster of your immune system. N-Acetyl Cysteine cleaves disulfide bonds by converting them to two sulfhydryl groups. This action results in the breakup of mucoproteins in lung mucus, reducing their chain lengths and thinning the mucus, improving conditions such as bronchitis and flu. Double-blind research has found that N-Acetyl Cysteine supplements improved symptoms and prevented recurrences in people with chronic bronchitis. N-Acetyl Cysteine at a dosage of 1,200 mg per day along with calcium ascorbate about 3000 mg (buffered vitamin C) helps to prevent Influenza infection, reduces the symptoms of existing Influenza infection and reduces the duration of Influenza infections.
Me either, I haven’t even had a cold in five years. My wife is a nurse, and she will tell you up front that the flu shot won’t work on about 80% of the strains, they never know which strain will show up.
