Uh, no. That's not how it works. You need much higher percentages for there to be any actual benefit. Flu shots are mostly useful for the old and very young (who tend to have weakened immune systems. For healthy folk outside of extreme contamination zones (schools and hospitals), given the effectiveness of the typical flu shot, it's really a waste of time to get flu shots.
Your continued presence on this thread, where it is obvious, you're not wanted is proof of that.
If you have nothing positive to offer, just go away. By continuing, you're a further embarrassment to yourself.
I take one baby aspirin (81MG) daily. I've been taking 100mcg of vitamin K2-7 every other day....now, I'll begin taking 100 mcg of K2-7 daily with my 5,000IU summer, 10,000IU winter dose of vitamin D.
I eat lots of leafy vegetables.

Federal health officials warned Friday that this year's flu outbreak is more severe than any other since the 2009 swine flu pandemic, and that its intensity is still increasing.
Officials at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said in a phone call with reporters that the number of people experiencing flu-like symptoms is increasing. Hospitalizations for influenza are also rising.
What's more, flu activity has stayed at the same level nationwide for about three weeks, said Dr. Dan Jernigan, the director of the CDC’s Influenza Division. That sets it apart from many flu seasons, in which activity wanes in certain parts of the U.S.
"We often see different parts of the country 'light up' at different times, but for the past 3 weeks, the entire country has been experiencing lots of flu, all at the same time," he said.
The deaths of seven children from the flu were reported to the CDC this week, bringing the total number of child deaths this flu season to 37, CDC Director Dr. Brenda Fitzgerald said.
Perhaps driving the latest increase in those reporting flu-like symptoms is the influx of kids returning to school after winter vacations, Jernigan said, pointing to a higher rate of flu cases in children.
The number of people who have gone to see a doctor for influenza-like illness also rose this week to 6.6 percent. That means that 6.6 percent of all people who went to clinics or emergency rooms had a flu-like illness.

Yep. States and cities believe that since this is called an epidemic they now have a free ride in suing pharmaceuticals. You know, those pharmas that provide pain relief for 99% of the people while 1% abuse them. These states and cities are a despicable lot.

The flu last year went through our office like lightning.
Every single employee caught it. We were down to 1 or 2 people manning the place out of a dozen employees.
Well I’ve been drinking a glass of water with lemon juice and organic vinegar about every three days.....plus extra V-C.....so far so good!

Won't say the vaccine is useless but for some it seems to cause as many problems as it prevents - would be nice if they found a way to check immune systems and be able to determine who really benefits fro the vaccine and who might be compromised - blanket shooting up of so many viral derivatives over long periods gives me pause...
