Why would any of that be a problem? Briefings are comprised of facts. Most facts are not secrets, it is the source that would be considered confidential. The memo is unlikely to identify any confidential sources (i.e. Our source, general X in the kremlin who is on our payroll) in this scenario and even if it did that could easily be redacted.
The fact that something is served up to the president with his morning coffee does not mean that everything in it is a highly guarded state secret.
