As a resident and elected officer from Northwest AZ you are correct. The end goal is to poach our water. We fight it everyday and even our conservative representatives fight us.

Yea, let’s see what my colleagues do this year about property taxes. Going for six years without a hike in property tax (except for that scheme they devised in 2015 that they threw me at the last minute).
