I will believe Muler-er’s ‘work’ is legitimate when he brings in DNC Hillary collusion enlisting Russian sources for a fake dossier. Of course the enemedia will never address that because their owners would not be served by such TRUTH.

-- If the Russians REALLY wanted to destroy the foundations of this country, they'd have one or two of those thirteen defendants come back to the U.S. to stand trial. --

Hahahah. That's a great idea! Wonder how much it would cost to buy one of them off to "take the heat" for the team.

I think he plans to indict all foreigners living abroad.

It is a felony for foreign nationals to participate in American federal elections, and it is a felony for any Americans knowingly to assist them.

I am sick and tired this garbage. Define "participate." And then define what, exactly, people from foreign countries are prohibited from doing.

It is illegal for foreigners to make financial or in-kind contributions to federal election campaigns. It is illegal for them to engage in "electioneering" activities. But "contributions" and "electioneering" have to be carefully defined.

People, including foreign people, are perfectly free to engage in issue advocacy and social and political commentary. There is nothing inherently wrong with a foreigner posting opinion pieces on Facebook or Twitter. The issue arises only when someone strays across the line into express electioneering language, the magic words being "elect, defeat, vote for, and vote against." The Russians may have strayed across that line. Or not. But there is a lot of "participating" that can be done without engaging in electioneering under the law.

Not that the Democrats care very much about the law.

Napolitano has always been a lightweight blowhard. Then he said something objectionable to those who promote the narrative, and he’s been a reliable lightweight blowhard and disinformation agent for that side. He’s got his livelihood at stake.

“the National Security Agency, the federal government’s domestic spying apparatus, began its pursuit of capturing all electronic data on everyone in the U.S. ...”

That’s my main takeaway from his article. Scary.

Another takeaway is something I’ve long believed: you can’t control internet content or the people that look at it. So some Russians put stuff on the internet. Big deal.

Well, I’ve never thought that about him, but I am perplexed by what he has written this time.

My question has always been, what could they have done? Did they manufacture tens of millions of votes to get Trump elected? Heck, manufacturing votes is a ‘Rat specialty (Frankenputz in Minnesota, Fraudoire in WA state, etc.). I’m just an ordinary nobody, but I’m not all that atypical of an average voter, and I know that no one held a gun to my head and made me vote for Trump. Where is all this sinister and alleged Russky collusion out among the voters in flyover country? I haven’t seen or heard of any.

Well said.

Here’s a link to the actual rules that apply, including a sample:

https://www.fec.gov/updates/foreign-nationals/

...The following groups and individuals are considered “foreign nationals” and are subject to the prohibition:

Foreign citizens (not including dual citizens of the United States)...

“...It is a felony for foreign nationals to participate in American federal elections, and it is a felony for any Americans knowingly to assist them....” *************************************************************** Jeez...is it a felony for American nationals to participate in foreign countries’ elections?

Then why hasn't George Soros been indicted?

I actually always took Judge Nap as compromised.

This one seems like a real doozy—but best that we not let our bias dismiss it prematurely.

"What happened? I’ve always admired Judge Nap, so this is a real surprise."

I saw a change in his opinions right after he was given a few unscheduled days off for commenting that Obama might have been involved in using the Brits to find dirt on Trump. Nap's never been the same since.

Ever since Ailes died there's been a shift in the Fox News coverage of news. Their evening comment programs have stayed the same, but their 'news' focus has shifted decidedly into Swamp Dung. Even Special Report is now nothing but the latest breathless coverage of whatever the daily anti-trump screed out of the Swamp is. It may very well be that Nap was told to follow the line, or else. After all, he's supposed be 'news', not opinion. He lives in the cocoon where 'news' is simply the daily Swamp Dung.

So, the effort is in essence a Putin jobs program.

Funny how these stories don’ seem to mention that Obama made comments indicating he knew and that the DNC refused to cooperate with the FBI when their servers were “hacked”...

“It is a felony for foreign nationals to participate in American federal elections, and it is a felony for any Americans knowingly to assist them.”

You could indict most of the California government, and a quarter of the population of mexico alone with this one.

This whole RUSSIANS! RUSSIANS! RUSSIANS! BS has been nothing but a combination smokescreen/witchhunt/socialist-democrat CYA maneuver from the get go.
