That's exactly what would happen. That turd sheriff needs to stay right where he's at, twisting in the gale force wind, helping to keep the focus where it belongs.

How is it breaking the law?

President Trump can fire anyone he wants.

“I can only take responsibility for what I knew about... I’ve given amazing leadership to this agency... you don’t measure a person’s leadership by a deputy.”

He said, and then went to the men’s room and did another line of cocaine.

A county sheriff is not a member of the executive branch of the federal government! A county sheriff isn’t even a member of state government. In most states the governor wouldn’t have any authority over a county sheriff, in turns out in Florida the governor does.

Do you not take civics in junior high?

Pretty simple.

If he was conservative they would crucify him. But he's a liberal, so they will protect him. The world is absolutely out of control. The generations of this guy, Hillary, Bill Clinton, Obama, Susan Rice, Eric Holder, etc. are so lost they couldn't find the truth if it was printed on their palms. It's beyond pathetic. Something is horribly wrong.

Post #113 you said President Trump would be breaking the law?

What law? Please list it.

Don’t dodge it like you did in your last post.

If anyone needs to go back, then it’s YOU need to go back to civics in junior high.

If the Sheriff gets too inconvenient for the image of Bammy and the Hilbeast, he might get suicided or disappear, though.

Yes, I remember that quite well, but I wouldn’t have remembered it was Broward County until someone mentioned it. Quite a little record that county has. No wondered they spawned something like the Congressman Cowgirl.

Trump can not fire employees of a county government. He has no authority whatsoever in the government of Coward County. The Governor of Florida can relieve a county sheriff for malfeasance. The President of the United States has no jurisdiction in the matter.

What US legal title do you wish me to cite, Title 10, 32, 50, etc because none give the Prez the authority you want (Thank God!)!

It’s very simple the President is head of the executive branch of the federal government. He only has legal authority over subordinate members of the executive branch of the federal government. The sheriff is in county government, a completely separate sovereign entity from the federal government. In most states the sheriff’s office is very independent of the state government. (Also the state governments are sovereign entities from the federal government! Could Obama order the arrest of a GOP governor say Texas’s Perry?) In common law & practice the sheriff is the top law enforcement official in the county, elected by the people for better or worse. Getting rid of one outside election defeat isn’t simple! In the Broward County case he’s done nothing illegal as near as I can tell. Breath-taking incompetence at one’s job is not necessarily against the law. Even if it was its not Trump’s job to fire him, its Florida as a whole and the Broward County voters. Trump could jump up & down all day and demand the sheriff be fired it would have no legal effect. If Trump actually took action he would be misusing his authority and that would be grounds for impeachment and likely criminal prosecution later. I assume you want to win this thing, be patient!

You seem to want Trump to be king, he’s not nor I am sure would he want to be. Leave those tyrant dreams to the Rats.

What bothers me so much about this turd is that 17 people died and more people injured due to his ideological incompetence and he does not act in the slightest bit remorseful and sad. He just pulls the “ain’t mah fault, it was the other guys” routine.

Sick bastard need a firin’.

Here’s the US Titles through which all federal authority flow

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Code

Show me the one that says the Prez has the authority over the running of a county sheriff’s department.
