There are practical numbers issues with this course of action. There are 5+ million members of the NRA, the prison/jail system of the US currently has a capacity of about 2.2 million, and there are about 1.2 million uniformed law officers available to make the arrests. So that isn't going to work, at least not at first. When they get the camps open, then only maybe.
But that isn't how you break a terrorist organization if you already know who the leaders - the Board, the Endowment, and the Life members - if you know who they are. That's a perfectly manageable number, the more so if incarceration isn't so much what you have in mind as simple elimination. Matt Bracken has suggested as much in What I Saw At The Coup. And coffee-house revolutionaries emboldened by the control of a corrupt and lawless state are more than up to it - somebody else is doing the dirtywork, after all.
Stay armed, stay safe, or at least as safe as you're going to be if they already know who you are.

He nailed it.
My hatred of them is a million times anything they could muster.
As far as terrorist goes, they have no idea what a terrorist is yet.
