The SA government is threatening these white farmers livelihood and lives, but wants to keep their ‘slaves’ to run the farms...
Thank you Australia for taking in these oppressed people. Hope they can rebuild their lives there with great success.
Would like to see America do likewise.
I have friends who are cattle "farmers" in Namibia and land appropriation is also beginning there. This is very sad as Namibia is a really nice country.
I worked a couple years in the sticks in eastern Africa, and we had a saying for when the locals would do something that totally defied any logic and was self defeating; "AWA" which equals: "Africa Wins Again".
They just can't help themselves.
I dated a South African woman for some time during the 80's.On one of my trips there we had gotten together with several of her friends and they got to talking...joking,actually,about the Rhodesians who they referred to as "whenwes" (When we).They called them that because the Rhodesians would always talk about "when we were back home...".

I think that is incredibly naive. I don't think any amount of appealing to the morality of the current power block will have any effect whatsoever. I also think there will be no international sanctions initiated because the black majority is oppressing the white minority. More like the international community will side with the black majority.
The Whites need to get out. There is nothing left for them there.

It does not appear the the Australians have made a decision that would permit white South African farmers to migrate to South Africa and even if they did, the ANC would have to agree to allow such an exodus.
And then there is the law that puts a limit on how much money and personal stuff, one is allowed to take out of the country. Yes...they ARE checked, during departure!
Of course they are skilled...CPAs, lawyers, engineers of all kinds, IT techies, etc. !

The sanctions against South Africa failed, but Constructive Engagement did accomplish its goals.

Lauren Southern has been doing a series of videos about South African farms. If they are not managed properly, they will become a dust bowl. It’s not inherently fertile land. It will turn to ruin without sabotage.
In the late 1990's, I worked a couple years on a mining project in eastern Africa and worked with a lot of "Safricans", and they used to shake their heads when we gringos used to discuss what was going on in Zim.
They told me then that the same thing was going on in South Africa...farmers being murdered and forced off their land, but the government and sympathetic press did everything possible to keep this out of the news.
It is disgusting to see this beginning to happen in Namibia as well. Namibia is a very nice country...still able to fly into Windhoek, rent a 4x4 vehicle and drive all over the country without fear of being kidnapped, robbed, (except for a camera), or murdered.

It is far easier for a CPA, lawyer, doctor or engineer to migrate to a new country as their economic capital is their intellect.
Farmers must have to capital and ability to buy land when they arrive in their new country.
