Although Mueller is a fraud, where has he committed the legal definition of fraud?
My opinion is that he would never ever be convicted of fraud even if he commuted criminal fraud.

It’s a long explanation, but if you take action to cover up a crime, obstruct justice, etc. then the statute of limitations is not taken to run until it is discovered that the crime occurred. We all know it now, so the SOL is running, unless it can be argued that Mueller’s position as special prosecutor prevents prosecuting this crime - and it’s an argument I would not want to be on the other side of.
