Here’s a history of what happens after governments have disarmed their citizens:
1911 – Turkey disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1915 – 1917 they murdered 1.5 million Armenians.
1929 – Russia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1929 – 1953 they murdered 20 million Russians.
1935 – China disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1948 – 1952 they murdered 20 million Chinese.
1938 – Germany disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1939 – 1945 they murdered 16 million Jews.
1956 – Cambodia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1975 – 1977 they murdered 1 million Educated people.
1964 – Guatamala disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1964 – 1981 they murdered 100,000 Mayan Indians.
1970 – Uganda disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1971 – 1979 they murdered 300,000 Christians.

Australia has disarmed it’s citizens, and a year later the homicide rate in the largest province is up 300%. The burglaries of seniors is “dramatically” up.
I guess the criminals did not turn their weapons in. Only the innocent law abiding citizens turned in weapons.
In US cities with the highest crime rates, taking guns away from the citizens has not lowered the homicide rate. All it has done is to make it easier for criminals to operate.
The 2nd amendment is not about duck hunting, or deer hunting. It is about having the ability and the right to defend oneself and your family. It doesn’t matter if that threat is a burglar, or the Federal Government. A disarmed population is fair game for any president who may be aspiring to become a dictator. Having its citizens armed was the plain and simple intent of the founding fathers of our country.
I hate that term, “assault weapon.” It’s a BS term, a propaganda term, that does not actually define any real-world type of gun. A slingshot or a rock or a baseball bat or a bookend or a rolling pin can be an “assault weapon.”

And it’s going to be a battle to the finish with McConnell and his RAT buddies going up against Trump’s nominees. The rumors continue about Kennedy retiring this year. He’s been a guy who’s door swings both ways, so he will be a bit of a fight to replace. Then there’s Ruthie. When she dies, which is the only way she’s going to leave the bench, the Senate fight on her replacement will be legion. Next to go will be Breyer, and there’s even a thought that Sotomayor’s diabetes will cause her to leave. With God’s help, Trump has a clear path to remaking the SCOTUS and thereby preserving the Bill of Rights, and most importantly the 2A. The Left then would only have Kagan, the Fat Yenta, left for decades to cook Briskets and write $hit opinions that no one will read. For me though, the icing on the cake would be for Roberts to croak or be found otherwise to be unsuitable as Chief Justice. He has repeatedly f*cked his country.

If 9 out of 10 want Christian conservatives executed, do we line up. Oh wait, I shouldn’t put that out there, too many would say yes, 9 out of 10.

Not to mention that government keeps getting more corrupt to the point that the 1st amendment is being eroded is also a clue we are shortly going to need the 2nd.
The left likes that 97% number a LOT. It must be they opinion polled it and came up with the figure as being the “most persuasive percentage” to use in propaganda.
They used the same figure, 97%, in their global warming ads to describe the number of fake “scientists” supporting their views on AGW.
