The only fools in this situation are the Facebook users. Zuck knows they are mostly unaware and at least light in the brains department.

Is there anything more pathetic than a progressive who fell out of favor with progressives, trying to get back into their good graces? (Looking at you too, Jennifer Lawrence)

I think this is the beginning of the end for Facebook, it will go the way of MySpace, and something else will come up and replace it.

"Suppose I tell you exactly what's gonna happen to you. You're gonna be back on the web. Only it won't be quite the same as it was before. There'll be a reasonable cooling-off period and then somebody will say: 'Why don't we try him again on an inexpensive server. People's memories aren't too long.' And you know, in a way, he'll be right. Some of the people will forget, and some of them won't. Oh, you'll have a website. Maybe not the best page rank or, you know, top ten on Google. Maybe not even in the top ten thousand. But you'll have a site. It just won't be quite the same as it was before. Then a couple of new college kids will come along. And pretty soon, a lot of your fans will be flocking around them. And then one day, somebody'll ask: 'Whatever happened to, a, whatshisname? You know, the one who was so big. The number-one fella a couple of years ago. He was famous. How can we forget a name like that? Oh by the way, have you seen, a, Lazamataz? I think he's the greatest thing since Netscape.'"

Followed by Zuckerberg standing on the hotel balcony screaming "COME BACK!!! COME BACK!!!!" as the users drive off into the night.

This story makes me wonder if they might have a HIPPA and FERPA problem.

Cambridge did that same thing that the Obama campaign did in 2012, only on a smaller scale.
