And CA will escape the rule of law with openly supporting voter fraud. This is how another Hillary will win the election again, and this is why Trump actually won the popular vote. Not one stinking CA government official will be arrested, not one.
The quickest solution is to omit Leftafornia votes in the electoral college, until the illegality is ended, and reject any tax revenues from there or Federal funds of any sort to there, including Social Security, etc.
If they try to cross the border, shoot them. This is an invasion, not immigration.

Until California fully recognizes and adheres to Constitutionally authorized Federal Law, that should be our policy.

CA owes billions to the federal government. Property must be confiscated to pay that debt. Boycott all products produced in CA too.
What does the House of Representatives look like if all California representatives are excluded from voting and committee memberships? What does the Senate look like if the two from California are removed from committees and from voting? And yes, this can be done immediately since that state is in gross violation of federal laws and in rebellion from the Union of states as of the certification of that illegal rule issued by the rulers of California. ALL federal offices representing that rebelling state are excludable, immediately, INCLUDING THE NINETH CIRCUIT COURT.
