When combined with the memo saying "catch and release" is no longer in force, I would imagine they would do a combination of recon for ICE and help holding those who are apprehended. Some will say "shoot on sight" but in today's world that would make us like the NORKs. I think they should build the equivalence of Gitmo and give them a choice - hang out until we get the official eject orders or go back where you came from.....second appearance puts them in for extended periods - maybe tailor it after Sheriff Joe's camps...
