No they haven’t. It’s still early.

“Actually, he did say it, we saw it on FOX News.”

That is rather disturbing. I would have been reading them the riot act about attorney / client confidentiality, even though the goons at the Eff Bee Eye would not have cared a wit.

Care to enlighten us as to what law(s) President Trump has violated?

Then, care to explain how those alleged violations sanction the blatant violation of Cohen’s 4th amendment rights?

Try obstruction of justice for starters. He publicly admitted as much when he said on TV to Lester Holt that he fired Comey because of his investigation of the “Russian thing.” The pay offs to Trump’s various paramours - playmates and porn stars - probably will be found to be violations of campaign finance laws, bank fraud, and wire fraud. A judge, independent of the Muehler investigation, approved the search of Michael Cohen’s office and home obviously based on the crime fraud exception. Cohen has been a lawyer with one client, like the fictional character Tom Hagen in the Godfather and Saul Goodman in Better Call Saul. Cohen, like the fictional characters, is not legally allowed to break the law under any of the Amendments of the US Constitution. The matters listed already are likely only the tip of the iceberg.

Rosenstein recommended in writing that Comey be fired. The President’s remarks on TV cannot change or cancel that recommendation.

If Trump did not know of the arrangement regarding Cohen paying Stormy Daniels, he has no culpability in the matter. If it is determined to be an election finance issue, it becomes the basis for a fine against the campaign, and nothing more. Any bank or wire fraud would be on Cohen’s part, not Trump’s.

The fact that a judge signed off on the warrant does not make it constitutional. If you honestly believe that a New York based judge is inherently fair and above board, you are terribly naive.

I can see you dislike President Trump, but I think you may wish to revisit whether you want to endorse the wide-open negation of rights we are witnessing. Eventually, someone you care about will become subject to the same tactics.

How much easier will it be to prosecute criminals from terrorists to drunk drivers when the Government is allowed access to the Atty/Client conversations. This will allow a new improved era of “Open Justice”.

I am no lawyer, but give them some time collectively, and they will figure out a way to sell this improvement to America. Just think how easy it will be if they can find out how a person REALLY feels about homosexuals, homosexual marriage, trannies, genders and their multiplicity of sexual expressions. What a glorious day, no one will ever be elevated in their position without knowing how hateful they are in private life.

Did Sessions recuse himself from the 4th amendment? If not he should seize all the records, return them to Cohen and fire Rosenstein, Mueller and the US attorney for the Southern District.

This sounds like a not unreasonable response to this unreasonable action. But for some reason, Trump's people seem petrified of making a bold move.

Thank you! I thought this was a site for conservatives. Elmucho doesn’t seem to fit that description.

More like a flaming #NeverTrumper troll, like during the entire campaign? Yep.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. I mean, I understand that every conservative doesn’t support trump, but conservatives who bash him are helping liberals and progressives. They’re undermining his presidency, and that’s not helping the conservative message. And those that are hoping the GOP will lose the midterms, are DESPICABLE!

AGREE 100%. When a so called special counsel breaks the damn law he is NOT special. He needs to be in JAIL.
