Prayers for you and for your denomination. There is still hope that your conservatives can save the day. I will pray for them and for you

Thabks, Cronos, but recent info from the meetings lead me to believe the bishops have undermined the process

“My buddy canceled his cable because of forced ESPN.
I’m thinking of doing the same....just got to convince a few others here at home as well.”

Cut your cable and use Sling Blue as your tv provider. It costs $30/month and does not carry ESPN, ABC nor Disney.

We replaced our Comcast Infinity TV/Cable with Comcast Business Internet/phone for $110/month versus $250 last June. There have been more price increases since then.

We use Sling, the CBS on line and a couple of other small providers and our total monthly bill is less than $150/ month for the internet and two phones, and the above streaming tv providers.

I do not understand how any American that loves his country can watch the NFL. It saddens me how debased this country has become.

Maybe because for every knucklehead, there’s alot of good, hard working players who loved their country, loved their family, love the sport and keep their noses clean.

Witness all the players who do stand.

Besides, I enjoy watching the games.

That's funny. I see a bunch of thugs who are more likely than not to spend a significant amount of time in jail before their 'career' of playing a children's game is over.

The NFL has just one chance left, and that's to back the NRA. Thanks RedMonqey.
