Lots of older black men hated their kids or grandkids wearing the gangbanger low pants. Or acting tough and swag instead of being polite and studying. None of them were accused of drugging and raping 75+ women. COSBY WAS A CELEBRITY so when he said Kidd should pull up their pants and stay in school, everyone paid attention. And you are so gullible you think that bit of social comment made a Vast Conspiracy lie about him and get a hundred women to make up stories?

What if your daughter were drugged by a famous man and raped? How would you feel if others said it was a lie because he had said a nice conservative thing once?
I can’t imagine a state penal system would relish the thought of taking on the medical costs of an octogenarian.

I didn’t take Balding Eagle’s remark in that way. I think they meant that the left looks the other way in many cases like this (see Clinton) but is far less likely to if the perp has displayed any conservative views.

His goose was cooked the minute the judge allowed 5 women to testify he raped them, even though they had nothing to do with the charges directly against him.
If you actually RTFA you’d see he was responding to the prosecutor wanting bail denied because he owned a plane.

Hopefully justice has and will be done. If he was guilty, it sure took too long to address this behavior on his part.
I still remember him from I-Spy and of course all the many other programs he appeared in. I didn’t watch them all, but I was glad to see a Black guy break into the mainstream who appeared intelligent and humorous.

It hope he gets prison time and has to reflect on what he has done, and that other people of any race see what happens when you can’t keep yourself under control, no matter your supposed station in life.
