AWB ‘94 only banned new sales of guns with certain features. There was no provision for registration & confiscation like what this San Fran Nutcase wants.
His fascistic bill needs to be blared to the heavens so that citizens will flock to the gun stores yet again. Heck, I’ve never liked the AR-15 (Kalashnikov is far better IMO) but I may go buy one just to spite Swallowswell.

I would add another contributing factor to possible CWII- The censorship being imposed on conservatives by social media.
Rather than letting both sides vent, and work out their differences in the arena of ideas- the silencing of one side only serves to build up even more anger and resentment.
As for the democrat calling for forced gun confiscation- This is what the dems want-a disarmed public. Then they can impose their tyrannical, high tax, open borders, Socialist/Marxist government.
Our founders put in the 2nd Amendment as yet another check on the government. If only most people understood this 😞
