If you’re that determined to believe Sessions is deep state, and that thanks to his recusal, Rosenstien and Mueller have Trump on the ropes, then go ahead and believe that. I’m not going to try and dissuade you.
I think Trump is playing out a winning hand - you’re afraid he’s losing - and surrounded by deep state enemies - but that’s just because he’s got a convincing poker face.

Ummm, no. Theoretically and legally he is, but the DOJ/FBI believe themselves independent and would not comply if he ordered release. Even if the argument went to court and they were ruled against, they would still resist. Who’s going to arrest the law enforcers? Because they believe themselves independent and guardians of the Republic is why they’ve installed themselves as the ones to control the government.
Congress is more than happy with this arrangement. Any objections they raise are just for show.

Grassley last night released the name of the OTHER FBI AGENT who was in the room during Flynn’s testimony who says Flynn didn’t lie.
The reason the information was released to Nunes is because Shiffly would have leaked and it and peoples lives are on the line.
No problemo. Begin impeachment on Rosenstein immediately, and slap Sessions with Contempt.
No more Mr. Nice Guy. It is time to come out swinging. Take no prisoners.
It is also time for Congress to DEMAND an end to the Mueller investigation.
We don’t have DOJ or FBI, because Obama stacked the top brass of the civil service ranks with his commie minions. This is every agency. EPA, FDA, HHS, Education, NASA. This is every stinking Federal Agency right down to the GS15 level, and these commies will be embedded in these agencies for decades. It is an impossible task ferreting them out, especially the unionized civil service workers who can’t be fired.
