OK. Thanks for your service!
Guess well see who upholds their oaths against gov traitors if CWII happens. Praying that Trump & crew can turn this.
Right. This, uh, Marxist is saying our Bill of Rights is made of some kind of fluid that changes with the date and time somehow. Oil perhaps? Vinegar? Definitely not honey...
This moron belongs in the group "Buffoons 'R' Us". One wonders how they manage to dress in the morning without professional help.
His “real” Second Amendment reads that us lowly serfs are not allowed any means to defend ourselves from tyrants like him.
I did read something (scanned really) that Trump and Co are tearing the “democracy” apart and it may never get put back together. Uh, isn’t that why we elected him?
Penn and Teller said it best.
Well, actually Penn said it best.

“ban these assault rifles that are designed for one purpose only - to kill as many people as fast as possible.”
To quote the great philosopher, Prof. Bugs Bunny: “What a maroon!”
I think he confused the word “people” with the word “Tyrants”.
“”And the real #2A isnt absolute. It allows Congress to wake up to reality and ban....”
Second, Congress can’t ban squat - last time I looked, you need to have the President sign a bill unless, that is, you can get 2/3 of each house to override a bill that makes criminals of tens of millions of people.
Third, the 2nd Amendment is CLEAR: “...the right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.” [Emphasis added]. The words, “shall not be infringed” are left hanging there all by themselves. There are no words modifying that phrase, such as “except when, in the 21st Century, some bombastic politicians can frighten enough of the People to get a majority in Congress to violate the 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments.” I checked, just to be sure, and those words are just not there. It stands at “shall not be infringed.”
By the way, Chrissy, my answer to your (and DiFi’s, and Upchuck’s, and all the rest of you Leftist assholes’) demand that I give up ANY of my firearms is simple:
“NO! Your turn.”
GFY, Chrissy!
“1. The NFA is intended as a revenue-collecting measure and therefore within the authority of the Department of the Treasury.”
Waiting for someone to challenge this. Oh, and if the fed.gov goes back to the “Heller” standard of only “guns in common usage” are protected, bring up the fact that there would have been literally millions of full autos in public hands, were it not for the ‘34 NFA and the (illegal, IMHO) ban on new full autos that took effect in 1986. The Feds cannot logically say that something isn’t in common use when they did everything in their power to ban it for the last 84 years.
Leftism delenda est!!!!
FYI all: In Politically Correct speak, violent feral youth, especially of the Amish variety, are said to be vibrant. The noun form describing them is VIBRANTS. Most cop-killers are Vibrants, as are most Rappers. Almost all Vibrants are DEMOCRATS. Coincidence?
Or, for that matter, any of the other nine.
“The first part of the amendment recognizes the need for and desirability of a citizen militia. The second part recognizes the right of all to keep and bear arms, without hinderance (infringement). No part of the amendment limits the right to militia members.”
BTW, their next argument is that “the National Guard is the militia, so none of you gap-toothed, cousin-phucking, gun-toting hillbillies have any right to own firearms.” Well, good thing for the UNANIMOUS decision in Perpich v. Department of Defense, 496 U.S. 334 (1990), in which the Supremes ruled that the NG is part of the federal armed forces, and that governors had no power to determine where they are based. That means that the NG CANNOT be the militia.
Molon Labe!
Leftism delenda est!
It says the Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms, not the Right of the Militia.
Democrat Senators and Liberal Justices have reading comprehension issues.
Hillary was right, 40% of Democrats are Socialists. What she forgot to mention is the remaining 60% are Communists.
“Hillary was right, 40% of Democrats are Socialists. What she forgot to mention is the remaining 60% are Communists.”
The power of the sword, say the minority..., is in the hands of Congress. My friends and countrymen, it is not so, for The powers of the sword are in the hands of the yeomanry of America from sixteen to sixty. The militia of these free commonwealths, entitled and accustomed to their arms, when compared with any possible army, must be tremendous and irresistible. Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress has no power to disarm the militia. Their swords and every terrible implement of the soldier are the birthright of Americans.
Tench Coxe, in the Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788.
"Every terrible implement of the soldier" is my birthright.
Guess he figures he knows better than the Founders and the USSC.
