Iceland does not have the U.S. media pushing racial grievances and mass murder to advance its agenda.
Here is another lesson from Iceland. They have a very homogeneous population of mainly law abiding people. Over half of all violent crimes committed in the US are committed by a group comprised of about 1-2% of the population. Yes, I’ll say it, young black or Hispanic men between the ages of 18-35 commit well over half of violent crimes. I’ll guarantee you that Iceland doesn’t have 40% of its population comprised of black or brown people like the US.
But guns are everywhere in Iceland, about one for every three people

The US is at about 1.5 guns for every person.
Reducing it to the level of Iceland would require the confiscation of 350 million guns.
They tell us it’s impossible to find 30 million illegal aliens, which are a lot harder to hide.
Lets put it this way as delicately as possible. Iceland and St. Louis swap populations and the homicide figures would be reversed.

The unaskable question. Shhh.
Here’s an idea: wall off St. Louis and impose Iceland’s gun control laws and see if it works.
Iceland has no “diversity”. It is a mono-culture. One might as well ask, “Why doesn’t Idaho have gun violence? What sort of laws are used in Utah?”
Who wrote this dreck? “they blast at bright-orange targets fired into the sky by a machine”? Oh yeah, Iceland sure is gun loving.
Common sense, or, rather, the complete lack thereof is when NBC insists Trump is Hitler and in the same breath demands that the government take everyone’s guns away, because Hitler.
Iceland never had a huge cotton industry that used illegal labor.
Tell ya what Iceland....We’ll give ya a few thousand of our inner city residents from say, Chicago. Then we’ll see what your murder rate looks like in a year.
Attempting to compare homogenous little Iceland to the vast and very diverse US is ridiculous.
